  • Miss Becky MeakinManager

My name is Rebecca, also known as Becky. I currently hold the position of both Nursery Manager and Pre-School keyworker. I have been part of the Wolstanton Kindergarten team for 4 years; having experience with all age ranges. I am very fortunate to have achieved my lifelong ambition of working with children; enabling them to achieve beyond their own expectations and getting them prepared for the next stages within their lifelong learning.

I am currently working hard towards achieving my Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies, which provides me with ongoing knowledge on the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and also coinciding practice with other professionals.

My working ethos is to create a happy, stimulating environment; being able to create a home from home persona for both the parents and children. I encourage a high team morale, as all staff work hard together and share experiences and knowledge. My main duty is make the children within our setting happy and loved which is what I feel we, as a team, are exceptional at.

I live by our setting's motto - "Laughter, Learning and Lots of Love"
